編みぐるみ ピープス・バニー Amigurumi Peeps Bunny

ずっとチャレンジしたいと思っていて手をつけていなかった

ピープスのうさぎの編みぐるみです。

まだ気になる箇所がいくつかありますが

一応完成しましたので生クリームやカップケーキと

一緒に並べて写真を撮ってみました。

何かの儀式のように見えなくもありません。

This is the amigurumi "peeps bunny"

that I have been longing to challenge.

I think I still need to work on its pattern

but let's say it is completed for the time being.

I took pictures with whipped creams and cupcake.

It looks like some kind of ritual.

ピープスってとてもシンプルな形をしているのに

作るのがとても難しかった、というか

特徴をとらえた形状にするのが

実に難しいようです。

顔のパーツの配置とか顔の形、お腹の膨らみが

次の課題です。

Peeps are very simple form

but yet, it was very difficult to make

or perhaps I should say it is very difficult

to create something which has captured

the distinctive features of them.

Next challenge will be the facial parts

shape of the face, and the thickness of the belly.

編みぐるみ カップケーキ開発中 Amigurumi Cupcake in progress

編みぐるみのカップケーキです。

まだ試行錯誤しています。

This is amigurumi cupcake.

It is still in progress.

カップの底と側面はそれほど難しくもなかったのですが

縁のギザギザの広がり具合が少し大変でした。

上のアイシングも絞り模様に気を取られていましたが

もう少しシンプルにしないと

量産するのが非常に面倒くさくなりそうです。

Making the bottom and side part of the cup

was not hard but the top edge was.

I put so much effort on the pattern of the icing

but I think I need to simplify it

considering "mass-produce".

先日紹介した生クリームをのせてみました。

リアルのカップケーキはアイシングの絞り模様が

これくらい強烈に見えるものですが

これだとアイシングの絞り模様と

生クリームの絞り模様が

少々くどく見えてしまいます。

やはりまだ改良の余地ありです。

Amigurumi whipped cream I introduced the other day

on top of cupcake.

The real cupcake icing shows very visible pattern

like this, but I think with this whipped cream

with strong pattern, the cupcake doesn't look

good, is a bit "overwhelmed".

I need to simplify the icing anyway.

編みぐるみ 生クリーム Amigurumi Whipped Cream

ちょっと前にかぎ編みで作る生クリームの

開発をちまちまとしていました。

I had been working for crochet

"Whippred Cream" a while ago.

生クリームの絞り模様がくっきり出るように

編み方を少しずつ変えてみたりしました。

I tried all sorts of stitches

in order to make the pattern of the pastry bag tip

more visible.

ずっと同じ色で編んでると飽きるので

違う色にしてみたりしました。

I changed colors once in a while

since keep using same color

made me very bored.

最初の目数が違うとこういう違いが

でてきました。

These have all different numbers of

starting stitches in a loop.

生クリームの絞り模様を際立たせようとした結果

生クリームではなくニンニクみたいに

なってしまいました（左端）。

I tried to make the pattern of the cream

more clear and it ended up looking like

a garlic (the left most).

久しぶりの投稿です。

５本棒針をちまちまと集めました。

このシリーズは編みやすくて気に入っています。

It has been a while since the last post, again.

I have been collecting these 5set knitting needles.

I like this series as they are very comfortable to use.

またしてもレッグウォーマーを編んでいます。

今回のは模様編みの連続なので難しく

なかなか進みません。

This is what I am working right now - leg warmer.

It just takes time since they require

many types of knitting techniques.

今ここまで編めています。

色んな模様が分かりますでしょうか？

サクランボみたいな模様と。。。

There are a cherry-like motif and...

細い縄編みと太いアラン編みです。

thin rope-like motif and thick rope-like motif

or so called Alan.

市松人形カスタム Ichimatsu boy doll customize 足先1 Toe1

アキラ君の足指を作っています。

親指が難しいです。

Now I'm working for Akira's toe fingers.

It is very difficult to make the big toe.

最近棒編みも始めました。

棒編みって結構道具が必要なのですね。

I started knitting recently.

I didn't know that I need quite lots of tools for knitting.

早速レッグウォーマーを編んでみました。

編み目の綺麗さではかぎ針よりも棒編みですね。

そのうち人形のセーターとかカーディガンとか

編めるようになりたいです。

そして靴下とかブルガリアスカートとかも！

I started knitting this 2-color leg warmers.

I really like the beauty of the stitch.

I think it is better than the one of crochet.

I hope I will be able to knit my dolls' sweaters and cardigans someday.

Ultimately socks with complex patterns and Bulgaria skirt, too!

明けましておめでとうございます！

A HAPPY NEW YEAR 2012!

幸運にもセバスチャンはとてもとてもとても元気で

こうして人形の棚に飛び乗っては人形と遊んでいます。

Fortunately, Sebastian is very very very fine and healthy

he jumps up to the doll shelves and plays with them.

昨年度は色々と作ったのですが

紹介するに至らないものばかりでした。

アキラ君の足を現在作っています。

I made lots of things last year

but I didn't post them for some reasons.

Now I'm working on my ichimatsu boy's feet.

足の指の針金を仕込みました。

I fixed some wires for his toe fingers preparation. 

足袋や鼻緒がきちんとフィットするような

足指にしたいなぁ。

I want to make his toe in the way that the Japanese kimono socks and

the geta shoes fit perfectly.

編みぐるみ ウサビッチキャラ・マトリョーシカタイプ Amigurumi USAVICH characters matryoshka type

長いことかかりましたが

やっとウサビッチキャラの編みぐるみ・マトリョーシカタイプが

完成しました。

一番苦労したのはやはり目です。

キャラの目の黒目と白目の比率に近い目を選ばないといけませんが

これがなかなか大変でした。

今うちにはこの動くタイプの目がサイズ１〜１０ミリまで揃っています。

It took a looooong time but I finally finished making

USAVICH character amigurumi, matryoshka type.

I had hard time to decide which size of eyes each of them should have.

As I always say about doll making (including amigurumi making)

the proportion of white and black parts of eye are crucial

that can easily change their overall expression.

I now have tons of this movable eyes from size 1mm to 10mm.

こちらご存知キレンコ（左）とプーチン（右）。

キレネンコは以前に大きいのを作りましたよね。

They are Kirenenko(left) and Putin(right).

As you know I made a huge Kirenenko before.

こちらが今回作ったマトリョーシカタイプの

キレネンコとプーチンです。

こうして見るとキレネンコは小顔ですね。

This is what I made, matryoshka type of

Kirenenko has a very small face.

こちらはミリツィアのボリスとコプチェフ。

衣装が上の２人に比べて複雑なのでどうなるかと

心配でしたがなんとか。

This is Boris(left) and Koptsev(right).

I was kind of worried before I made them

because their outfits were much more complex

than those two above but I made it somehow.

一番面倒だったのはあの錨のマークでした。

That symbol embroideries were most pain.

最後に悪役ズルゾロフと

At last, the villain Zrzolov and

このプーチンが並べているマトリョーシカ

the matryoshka Putin is lining up

これです。

This one.

ズルゾロフの耳の先のグラデーションやら

ちらっと見える前歯やらがんばりました。

マトリョーシカは顔の刺繍が細かくて

少し面倒くさかったです。

あとお洋服の刺繍はなかったことにしました。

今思えばやっとけばよかったなぁと。

I made some efforts to the gradual color change of

Zrzolov's tips of ears and tiny front tooth.

It was a pain to do matryoshka's face embroideries

since they were more complicated than I thought.

I didn't do embroideries for her cloths but

now I think I should have.

コインケースのアップリケ Applique on coin case

久しぶりにアップリケなぞしてみました。

キャンバス生地でコインケースを作るのですが

それだけだととても寂しいので

フェルトでセバスチャンとキノコとコイン２枚（のつもり）の

アップリケをすることにしました。

It's been a while since last applique.

I am going to make a coin case with canvas

but I feel it's kind of too simple so

I decided to applique it with felts of Sebastian

mushroom, and 2 gold coins (well they might not look 

like coins but I meant to).

編みぐるみ 忍者トトロ・モジャ Amigurumi Ninja Totoro Moja

今週は天気予報で雨マークが続いておりましたが

昨日今日ととても良い天気でした。

忍者トトロ達もお散歩を楽しんでおりました。

The weather forecast said it'll be rain this whole week

but it was very nice yesterday and today.

I saw Ninja Totoros enjoying afternoon walk.

もうちょっと近づいて撮ってみました。

I got a close shot.

前方に毛むくじゃら発見！

Big totoro found someone very hairy ahead!

囲まれる毛深い忍者トトロ。

Hairy Ninja Totoro surrounded by them.

家に連れてかえってみました。

長い毛が珍しいのか、まだジロジロ見られるモジャモジャ。

I took them home.

The quartet is still staring at Moja (Mojamoja means hairy,

specifically a lot of curled hair,  in Japanese)

just because they have never seen such a hairy one?

シッポも毛深いね！

His tail is covered with plenty of hair, too!

仲間が増えました。

毛足の長い毛糸で編むとまた違った印象になりますね。

They got a new friend.

Those eyelash yarns make a big difference and it is very fun!

編みぐるみ 忍者トトロ４人組 Amigurumi Ninja Totoro Quartet

今迄に出来ていた忍者トトロ達を覚えていらっしゃいますよね？

左から：ミニ忍者トトロ、キラキラミニミニ忍者トトロ

大きい忍者トトロです。

私はあれから、ミニ忍者トトロサイズでもっと完璧な

忍者トトロを作る野望を捨てた訳ではありませんでした。

So, you remember these guys, don't you?

From the left: Mini Ninja Totoro, Shiny Minimini Totoro

and Big Ninja Totoro.

I hadn't given up making a perfect Ninja Totoro

in the size of Mini Ninja Totoro.

で、これです。

大きさや形には問題がなかったのですが

やはり白目と黒目のサイズが決め手でした。

一回り小さいサイズのソリッドアイを注文し

毛糸の太さも１段階細いものにして編んでみました。

そしてついに満足のいく忍者トトロが完成しました。

Here goes.

There was no problems with its size and shape of 

Mini Ninja Totoro but its eyes were the

most important factor.

I ordered one size smaller black solid eyes

and used one size finner yarn.

Finally, I could reach my goal: satisfaction!

最初に作ったミニ忍者トトロと比べても

もっとそれらしく見えます。

Compare to Mini Ninja Totoro, it looks

more like it.

満足したら仲間を増やしたくなりました。

そして出来たのがこのハート様です。

After I was satisfied with my work to my heart's content

then I was keen to make his friends.

And this it one of them: Ninja Heart.

次はマスクを付けたゾロです（左）。

Next one is Ninja Zorro (the one in the left).

マスクが見えやすいように明るさを上げてみました。

I brightened the picture so that you can see his mask.

最後に忍者フラワーです（一番左）。

The last one is Ninja Flower (leftmost).

こんなのがこうやって並んで散歩してたら

思わず追いかけたくなりますね。

もっと仲間を増やそうかと思ったのですが

さすがにこの辺で疲れてきました。

もしかしたら増えるかもしれません。

If I see them walking like this in a line

then I can't help chasing them!

I thought I might want to make more

but I was tired after all.

I may be going to make new one but not sure now.

あれこれと This and that

またしてもお久しぶりになってしまいました。

ハードドライブが壊れてしまい

なんとか中身は生き残ったものの

今度はフォトショップがおかしな不具合を起こし

写真にテキストが入れられなくなってしまいました。

クレジットやコピーライトが入れられないと

写真を掲載することが出来ません。

色々出来ることはやったのですが

ついに諦めざるをえませんでした。

昨日やっと新しいフォトショップを入れましたので

復活することが出来ました。

Again, it has been awhile since the last update.

My hard drive has crashed badly.

I could salvage contents but then

my photoshop started to behave strangely.

Suddenly it didn't allow me to type in

some texts on the pictures.

I really need to put credits and copy rights on them.

I tried this and that, all sorts of things I could have done

but I couldn't figure out what was wrong.

I installed new version of it yesterday finally

so here I come.

そんな中、ウサビッチの仲間を量産したり

While I have been through those things

I made USAVICH fellows like this one

良い色の毛糸を発見したり

I found these attractive color yarns for amigurumi bunnies

作りかけの人形の顔を罪悪感たっぷりに見つめたりしていました。

I felt somehow guilty looking at these faces still in process.
